Each petal has its own rhythm, foreshadowing the repetitive patterns found within nature. Although similar but not the same, the artist ties together the unique attributes of each segment of the petal to form the circular motion that is created when the viewer reads the image.
Below showcases a sequence of flowers sketched using Crayola colouring pencils. Exhibiting the changing states which emerge over a period of time. The flowers renew their appearance ageing from fresh to frail.
