This series of chalk abstract drawings is an exploration into colour, precision and negative space. The artist’s intention was to provoke the feeling of movement whilst capturing a still image plucked from her imagination. Each composition takes on a different shape telling a new story. The artworks are to be interpreted freely by the viewer as there isn’t one defining subject matter but instead a recollection of images and feelings captured to make up a series of artworks that belong together.
